Relatives and friends of Patrick are invited to attend his funeral service to be held on Monday 26 June 2006 at Corpus Christi Catholic Cathedral, 263 Mona Vale Road, St Ives appointed to commence at 11.00am. After the mass, the cortege will proceed to the Northern Suburbs Crematorium for final comittal prayers.
