The Funeral Service for Mr Patrick Elgin D'Souza will be held at St Andrew's Church, 76 Springs Road, Clarinda, on Tuesday, 28 July, 2009, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

Followed by burial at the Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Princes Highway, Springvale at 12.00 noon.

Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the Service at the John Allison/Monkhouse Fountain Chapel, corner Princes Highway and Springvale Road, Springvale.
