A Eucharist and celebration of Percy's life will be held in St Peter's Anglican Church, Parkinson St, Weston on Friday 22 September 2006, commencing at 2.00pm.
The funeral will leave at the conclusion of the service for the Norwood Park Crematorium.
No flowers by request, in lieu donation may be made to Operation Hope, envelopes will be available at the service.
