The relatives and friends of Phyllis are warmly invited to attend her funeral service be be held at The Northcliffe Chapel of Hansen & Cole, 634 Northcliffe Drive, Kembla Grange on Wednesday December 2, 2009 commencing at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations are invited to Wollongong Hospital B4 Ward. A bowl for this purpose will be located in the chapel.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Harold (Rocky).
Adored and loving mother of Dianne and Denise.
Cherished nan of Sarah, Katie, Alyce, Amy, Thomas
and great nan of Narvana and Eamon.
Will be greatly missed by her dear friend Mary.
