Phyllis' family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service to be held in the East Chapel of Rookwood Gardens Crematorium, on Friday, 6 July, 2007, at 2.15 pm.

Peacefully passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2007,
late of Berala.

Loved wife for 60 years of Keith (Tim, deceased).
Loving mother and mother-in-law of
John and Trish, Phillip and Robyn.
Adored grandmother of Katrina and
Christopher, Adam, Nikki, Claire and David.
Sister of Thelma and Alan (deceased).
A loving aunt to her many nephews and nieces.
