Aged 61 Years
Bob passed away suddenly in hospital. Bob married his loving wife Maureen, and together made their home in Fairfield West. Bob was also a loving father and father-in-law of Glen and Kylee, Troy and Michelle, Annette and Raelene, Wayne (deceased), Alan, David and Tracey. Bob was also an adoring Pop to Ashleigh, Joshua, Brayden, Cody and Dylan. Bob will be sadly missed by all his relatives and many friends.

To hear your voice, to see your smile,
to sit and talk to you a while.
To be together in the same old way,
would be our greatest wish today.
We laugh, we cry,
we play our part,
behind it all,
lies a broken heart.
We hide our tears
when we speak your name,
without you Bob
Life is not the same.

Till we meet again

Messages of Condolence

Dear Maureen and family

So sorry to hear about Bob.

He was a bottler of a bloke. What you saw is exactly what you got. There will never be another bloke like him. We loved his sense of humour. Always a story and joke. He was a very funny man and I can see him giving them hell at the Pearly Gates. Bob....save us a seat mate.

Truckloads of love
Alison, Jason and the girls XOXOXOX

My Pop,

I love my pop.
Will miss my pop.
I'm going to wrestle Nan now when I go to her place.
Pop won't pop off in bed no more.
When I go in an aeroplane I will look for you.

Love you Pop lots and lots and lots.

From, Cody.

To Pop.

I will remember you where ever I go.
I'm very sad that your not here anymore.
My family will help look after Nan for you.

Will miss you heaps,

Dear Maureen,
I am so sorry to hear about Roberts passing. Les mentions him all the time.
He is always telling me about the antics they both used to get up too.
Robert has always been a close friend and mate to Les. He has touched so many life's with his stay on earth, this world will be a slightly dimmer place without him.

He will never be forgotten.

Regards, Lynn Morgan.

Dear Maureen and Family,
Learning of Bob's passing was the saddest of days. Jo, Jesse and myself are thinking of you all in this time of grief, and know that you are comforting each other.

Bob and I joined the army at the same time in 1965 and our numbers were only 3 apart his ending in 69 and mine 72. That was the beginning of our friendship and I have great memories that will last forever. Thanks for that mate. Dennis

Dear Maureen and Family,
I will always remember Bob as a man with a big smile making everyone around him laugh. I couldn't help but be excited to see him knowing how much fun was to be had.

The stories he told me from the army days were always hysterical, and I enjoyed hearing them very much. My love to Maureen and all the family, Bob will be sadly missed.
Love Jesse

Dear Maureen and extended family

We were all so saddened to hear of Bob's passing but everyone can remember the great joy he brought to those who met him - Bob always sent you away laughing with the stories he told. Remember all the good times when you're down and friends are only a phone call away.

To Maureen and family

So sad to hear about Bob's passing.

My fondest memories were a picture of Bob fixing a door panel on my FJ Holden near the barracks at Puckapunyal in 1966.

His wit, charm and joker personality will be missed by all, I'm sure.

Stir em up when you get up there Louigi!!

Regards
Graham Chapman

We have lost one of our more respected members. No matter how tough the going got Luigi could always lighten the moment by some comment or by just being himself with his great outlook on life. He will be sadly missed.

Dear Maureen and family

There are no words to take away the pain, but you only have to think for a short moment to remember a time when Luigi made you laugh. That was his thing! He had no bad words to say about anyone and could make everyone laugh. He will be sadly missed but never ever forgotten. As they say Lest We Forget!!! Happy Days mate. Rest In Peace.

Luv Michelle Englund

Dear Maureen,

We have great memories of Bob at the Reunions. He brought so much fun and laughter to them. I remember how thoughtful he was when we were in Sydney for the Olympics and his and your kindness at Coffs last year when Graham was not well. His cheekiness, impish smile and sense of humour will be sadly missed.
