The relatives and friends of Samuel are warmly invited to attend a Requiem Mass for the repose of his soul, to be celebrated at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Bruce Road, Warrawong, on Tuesday, 28th July, 2009, commencing at 10:00am.

At conclusion of the Mass the funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park for burial.

You are invited to make a donation to Wollongong Hospital Childrens Ward, a bowl for this purpose will be located at the Church.
