The relatives and friends of SARAH are invited to attend her Funeral Service at the North Chapel, Pinegrove Memorial Park, Eastern Creek at 1pm on Friday 18th August 2006.
Following the service, the cortege will leave the chapel for the burial at 1.45pm

Aged 13 years
This beautiful young girl passed away very suddenly and
tragically at Westmead Hospital, late of Old Toongabbie.
The much loved daughter of Michael and Susan.
Adored by her elder sister Jessica and her twin sister Kate.
She will be very sadly missed by her Nanna and Grandpa, (Kerry and Barry).
Sarah was cherished by her Great Grandmother, grand parents, uncles,
aunts, cousins and her many friends who she touched in a very special way.
