THE FUNERAL for the late Mrs. SHIRLEY DOROTHEA BAIN will be held in the Florey Chapel, Jubilee Complex, Centennial Park, Goodwood Road, Pasadena, TOMORROW, Saturday, April 14, 2007 with a Service commencing at 2 p.m.

Following the Service the Committal will be held in the adjoining Cemetery (Catholic H Section).

Flowers to the Chapel please, or if desired, in lieu of flowers, a donation in Shirley's memory may be made to The Fred Hollows Foundation, 4 Mitchell Street, Enfield N.S.W. 2136 or Alzheimers Association, 27 Conyngham St. Glenside.
