The relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at The Lakeside Memorial Park Chapel, Kanahooka Road, Dapto on Thursday, June 12th, 2008 commencing at 2pm.

At the conclusion of the Chapel Service the Funeral will proceed to the adjoining lawn cemetery. In lieu of flowers donation are invited to the Port Kembla Hospital Palliative Care Unit and a bowl for this purpose will be provided at the chapel door.

Of Fairy Meadow.

Dearly beloved husband of the late Hella.
Much loved father and father-in-law
of Karin, Ralph and Julia.
Loved Opa of Jessica.
He will be sadly missed by
all his family and friends.
