The family would like to thank all of our family and friends for their love and support during Tammy's illness. Special thanks to our GP Andrew Serafim, and all the hardworking Medical and Nursing Staff of Wards 14A and 14B at TCH, Community Nurses and Home Based Palliative Care.
In accordance with Tammy's wishes, a Private Cremation has been held.
No flowers by request, however if you would like to make a small donation to the RSPCA or Medecins Sans Frontieres (www.msf.org), this gesture would be appreciated.
