The relatives and friends of Vern are kindly invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the chapel of Simplicity Funerals. At conclusion of prayers the cortege will proceed to the cemetery.

Vern passed away peacefully. Late of Mt Pritchard. Beloved husband of Iris (deceased). Loving father,
grandfather and great grandfather to his loving family. Fond brother to his siblings.

With tearful eyes and sinking hearts,
We watched you slip away.
And though we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,
You’re now at peaceful rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.
