Obituary
Died peacefully at Queanbeyan Hospital as a result of an accident in 10 February.
Beloved husband of Nicky (dec). Much loved father of Sue Fraser, father in law of Ron and friend of Ros and Michael, loved and loving grandfather of Ian and friend of Kerri, loved cousin of John Amos.
Loved always by his many friends at Kawaree Lodge and Gardens and in Queanbeyan, Canberra, Cooma, Armidale and elsewhere in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Bill had a rare talent for friendship and a deep sense of service for others. Bill worked on the Snowy Scheme in Cooma, and for the NCDC and it's credit union in Canberra. He was a veteran of the Burma campaign and an active member of Legacy for more than 50 years, and a citizen of the world.
