Obituary
BILL passed away peacefully at Campbelltown Hospital on Saturday 10th May, 2008 at the age of 85 years. He was late of Ingleburn.
William Palmer was born on the 1st July, 1922 at Lidcombe to Archibald and Elsie (nee Hodge) Palmer. From 1942 to 1946, NX85909 Palmer proudly served his country as a mamber of the 35th Battlion, and then at the age of 27 he married his sweetheart Hilda Stables at Auburn. They had four children.
BILL was a loving husband to Hilda (deceased) and a much loved father and father in law to Bill and Sandra, Stephen (deceased), Lynne and Rob, Jenny and Gary. He was a proud grandfather to Matthew, Rachel, Morgan, Mitchell, Shey and Sienna. A dear brother to Jack, Peg (both deceased), Alan and Joan, BILL will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends.
You never failed to do your best,
your heart was true and tender
You simply lived for those you loved,
and those you loved, remember.......
